I don't know about yall but I am so happy to see Spring arriving. Winter is hard for me with the crazy low temperatures or the shift in temps - 28 degrees one day and the next is 54..it is a nightmare for those with chronic pain whether its - back- knees- shoulders- hips or any area where an injury didn't heal well, a car accident, any kind of accident. You know when I see kids playing football, basketball, baseball, all of the sports have the potential of an injury that could lead to chronic pain. Cheerleaders, dance squads, gymnastics,....they are at risk as well. And I do agree that we can't live our lives in fear of everything, that is not the kind of life you want to live it's all about balance and if you have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior - You WILL know and will keep everything in your life in balance. But WAIT please do not make the mistake of condemning yourself when you slip up, our God is a loving and merciful Father ..He knows our hearts- our motives- and our intentions. Jesus gives us a brand new day to start over, to not be angry about traffic and the deadline at work...most of us don't even realize that we are literally replaying yesterday,.. every day. Too often we get stuck in a pattern of worry and Satan loves this because while already stressing and having anxiety It's so easy for Satan to get in there and throw a colossal tornado in your mind. Please always always remember

I love you friends and I want all of you to know that YOU are special- YOU are loved- YOU are a child of God.

The Lord will never leave us or forsake us. Until next time, be blessed, my friends.

Bxo
