Monday Madness

Shopping and wrapping and cooking oh my....just hoping to get through the rest of 2020 without any struggles, I don't think I am alone there. This year Christmas will obviously look a lot different but I think it's a good thing. We normally are so focused on getting shopping done, wrapping gifts, picking up groceries, and planning the menu for breakfast as well as early dinner. I'm tired just thinking about it honestly.

It's easy to get wrapped up in all the to do's of Christmas that we put Jesus somewhere in the back of our mind until Christmas Eve service. I feel terrible saying it just as much as I regret doing it. This is not something we do because we are awful people, everything around us is taking or trying to take our focus away from the birth of our savior Jesus Christ,...He is everything about Christmas. I for one need to keep my focus on Him and remember He works out all the rest.
