therapy for all

CBT cognitive behavior therapy, let me just say all of my experience is based on life not a degree...however I bet I could give Dr Phil a run for his money. lol
Anyway, I have read a lot, watching videos, and really trying to get this therapy down. I completely believe in it and in reality, it makes perfect sense. You start with an initial feeling, for ex; you might be upset because you don't have as much time with your eldest son. so you ask yourself "why, why does this upset me" well it's upsetting because I'm afraid the girls won't remember me" and then you ask yourself what would happen if all these things you're concerned about did in fact happen. And then when you look at the end result you have to accept whatever the outcome because it is out of your control. Isn't that kind of relieving, having the ability to break it down like that helps me but everyone is different. So I won't recommend it because I am not licensed however this is my blog and I can write about whatever I want, right? And helping people is really the only goal.
