Warning this may be a rant

So I considered not doing this post until I was feeling much better but that wouldn't

give me a chance to share with you, and I know there are so many people who suffer

everyday. I hate to even think about it. As someone who suffers with chronic pain,.. stress

anxiety, depression....they are all my triggers. So I avoid them like Covid,

I'm not to sure if its the humidity in the air, summer came back this week, so I think it has a lot to do with that. Everyone deals with pain differently, everyone's body is different, the

reaction to treatments.....there is just so much that honestly affects this pain, you have

stress ? well there ya go. So I have learned by 18 years of experience with degenerative

disc disease to avoid anything that could trigger a flare up. If I power wash my area rugs (actually did that) I know I will be hurting the next day or two. The same with cooking and cleaning, I feel less anxiety if I have a plan. Therefore I'm avoiding anxiety as well as physical pain. That's what I call a WIN. it might mean I'm making 2 nights of dinner about 10/11 am but I pray for Gods guidance in the morning, throughout the day,...all the time.....and HE gives me the strength and ability to do what I need to do.

Honestly sometimes when I finish whatever kind of work I'm doing and I'm still ok, like I feel ok,.... it gives me tears of love for our Father because I don't even understand how I got it done. I understand it was all Jesus but in that moment ya know, you just feel that joy from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. But you don't have to believe me

Giving your life to Jesus, and having a FATHER in Heaven um Wow and then you remember "oh yes HE is living within me to help and guide me in everything. Like everything, you get me. ITS FREAKIN AHMAZING.

If you don't know I beg you, surrender to HIM ask for forgiveness.....that's all HE wants and its so dang simple. No if and's or buts about it.

If you knew how much your life will change,....HE LOVES US SO MUCH ...HE wants to do

amazing things in our lives - the Glory is all HIS, it's a shining light to other's. Please pray

for those who do not know the Lord, those who do not accept the Lord and for all of us as well because we all stumble, we have a sinful nature so Praise Jesus the next time you do something sinful and you still come out of it breathing. BOOM

ok my rant is over my friends... I'm so sorry I subjected you to my momentary lapse in sanity but it was so necessary.

And by the way today I was able to make dinner for my husband and 4 teenagers while I babysat a sweet little lady. All the Glory to God. Please thank him for your blessings they could ALL be gone tomorrow.

Gods favor over whomever is reading this,...they were not brought to HESpeaks by accident. Lord I pray for all of those who are suffering, suffering in any way - thank you for your word and your promises in your word. you remind me of the suffering ..the death Jesus gave for me.

God's promises, HIS perfect timing, HIS will for our lives, HIS blessings....it's always worth the wait.

Our Father wants to reward those who trust Him (Gen. 15:6; Heb. 11:6). Second, we must be obedient to God’s will for us—we won’t attain His best when we knowingly disobey. And third, we need patience to wait for His perfect timing. God’s promises are worth the wait, considering the blessings He longs to give us.
